Billing details
Billing is in six-minute increments; each started increment is charged in full.
The listed fixed fees for filing, handling deadline-bearing official communications, translating a goods and services specification and dispatching an original certificate carry no additional document fee.
Outside these fixed-fee services, the patent attorney may charge a document fee based on the amount invoiced, with a minimum of EUR 10, in addition to actual expenses such as travel, accommodation, fees advanced and external services.
